Pricing
A flat fee to start, then a plan that fits
$500 gets you online. Need more than the starter build? Extra pages are $150 each — so you know the whole number before I start, not after. All prices in Canadian dollars; if you're paying in another currency I'll convert at the day's rate and quote you the exact figure.
- Everything you need on one page: Home / About / Services / Contact / Hours
- Mobile-responsive design
- Your logo, photos, and business info
- Google Maps embed + click-to-call button
- Delivered in 5–7 business days
- Want more — a gallery, a menu, a page per service? $150 per extra page, flat. A three-page site is $800, all in.
Hosting, your domain, and "call me if anything breaks" maintenance. Fits a straightforward brochure site.
Everything in Basic, plus a booking/contact form that emails leads straight to you, and small content updates — hours, photos, prices — on request.
Everything in Standard, plus e-commerce, online booking and payments, or custom integrations. Quoted per project once we scope it.
Why is it $500 when an agency quotes $3,000?
Fair question, and you should ask it of anyone this cheap. Here's the honest answer — nothing about the site is worse, the overhead just isn't there to pay for.
- No office, no staff
- It's me. You're not funding a receptionist, an account manager, or rent on a downtown suite.
- No sales process
- No pitch meetings, no 40-page proposals, no discovery workshop. You fill in a form, I build.
- I've built this before
- Seven live sites in. The parts that take an agency weeks to figure out, I've already solved.
- I want the monthly, not the markup
- The build is priced to be an easy yes. I'd rather look after your site for years than squeeze you once.
